Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- You give us: name, delivery address, email, phone number, and anything you write in an order note or a message to us.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar technical data used to keep the site working and secure.
- From our partners: delivery status from our courier, and payment success or failure from our payment gateway.
Why we use it
- To take payment for, pack, and deliver your order.
- To send order, dispatch and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints, returns and refunds.
- To meet our tax, accounting and food-safety record-keeping obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
We send marketing messages only if you have opted in, and every such message carries a way to opt out.
Payment information
Card numbers, UPI IDs, net-banking credentials and similar payment details are entered on our payment gateway's systems, not ours. We never see or store them. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and a reference number.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with:
- our courier partners, to deliver your order;
- our payment gateway, to take and refund payment;
- our messaging provider, to send you order updates;
- our accountants and auditors, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you logged in and remembering your cart — and, where you allow it, analytics cookies that tell us which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years. After that we delete or anonymise.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and why;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
Write to the contact below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to order data is restricted to staff who need it, and payment data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as required.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. A parent or guardian who believes we have should contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you directly.
Contact & grievance redressal
For any question or complaint about an order, or about how we handle your information, please write to us first — most issues are resolved the same day.
